Synchronized Skating Teams, 2007 - 2008

The Saskatoon Synchronized Skating Programs offer a team approach to skating. It provides recreational and competitive opportunities to skaters of all levels and ages. It promotes club loyalty as the skaters represent a team with in a club. It increases the community awareness of the skating club. It also enhances single skaters' development by providing additional skating, stroking, edges, and choreographed movements. It has a positive and rewarding team atmosphere.

Cansynchro, The Butterfly Team
This is a Pre-Juvenile team (under the age of 12) that is new to synchronized skating this year. They are coached by Kari Stevenson. The Butterfly team will be competing in Lloydminster on February 8th.



Saskatoon Silver Edges
This Pre-Novice team has been skating together as a team since 2002 with a few new members each year. The Saskatoon Silver Edges will be competing at Westerns, February 1 - 3 in Camrose Alberta, and in Sectionals on February 8 -9 in Lloydminster. They are coached by Kari Stevenson.



Saskatoon Masters Team
The Saskatoon Masters team was originally formed in the fall of 2001. The team has grown over the years from 10 skaters to a 20-member team. They enjoy skating one hour a week for recreation, exercise and a fun team atmosphere on the ice. The team is also coached by Kari Stevenson.



The Mosaic Team
This team is an adult team that is hoping to be able to grow in numbers and be able to compete in the following years. They are coached by Terri Stevens-McGhee.
